Font Colour in Portal Header Empty

The current colour for the Header in the Portal is Grey on a Light Blue background, this is rather hard to read. Could we possibly get it changed to Black or a Better colour?

I think Bar made it like that because we're getting a new skin soon (I think lol)
So, yeah... but I'm not sure
