can you plz get an autimatic program the checks if the server is down, up or off? and then upload a image from it that show if its up or down or why its down?

so if your gonna stop the sevrer when u exit server program thingy you get a window pooping out that has a textbox you type in the reason you shut it down and then it shows the reason on the forum! if not i can probbaly make one
